Manisha Rani Reveals She Hasn’t Received Winning Amount Of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Yet, Says They’ll Chop Half Of It

A little over a month since clinching the title on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, Manisha Rani has raised concerns about not receiving her prize money of Rs 30 lakh yet. Making an appearance on content creator Mahesh Keshwala, popularly known as Thugesh’s vlog, she disclosed that contrary to popular belief, her life isn’t a shower of riches.

“The winning amount from Jhalak hasn’t come through yet, and when it does, they’ll chop off half of it. People assume my life is dripping with wealth, but that’s only the case for those with a Crorepati boyfriend, which I happen to lack in my life,” she expressed.

The grand finale of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 took place on March 3, 2024, where Manisha emerged victorious, surpassing competitors like Shoaib Ibrahim, Dhanashree Verma, Adrija Sinha, and Sreerama Chandra. She was slated to receive a prize of Rs 30 lakhs, while her choreographer, Ashutosh Pawar, reportedly earned Rs 10 lakhs. Additionally, the duo was promised an extravagant trip to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Reflecting on her win, Manisha shared, “This journey has been nothing short of a dream come true, and I owe it all to the love, support, and encouragement of the judges and the audience. I knew this experience would change my life, and it truly has. As a wildcard entry, I had to work twice as hard to prove myself, and every moment has been filled with excitement and my growth as a dancer.”

“I am grateful to my choreographer, Ashutosh, who has been very understanding, and each week, he has pushed me to broaden my horizons and discover new facets of my dancing abilities. This win is not just mine; it belongs to everyone who believed in me and supported me throughout this journey,” she added.
