A Quiet Place director John Krasinski is busy making another movie called IF which not only features Ryan Reynolds, but also Steve Carell, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, and many more. Since the film revolves around ‘Imaginary Friends’, which is why it is called IF.

In January 2022, Steve Carell joining Krasinski for his project was made official. Upon announcement that Steve Carell will lend his voice to Blue, an imaginary friend character in the upcoming project IF, fans were both happy and excited.

This marked this collaboration as the first on-screen venture for Carell and his co-star since their departure from the sitcom, igniting a wave of anticipation and nostalgia among viewers.

 “So good to see you,” Krasinski states. “Oh my Lord,” Carell responds. “I was just telling you guys — has it been years?” Krasinski questions. “I’m glad we’re getting it,” Carell jokes as he looks at the camera as it captured their reunion. “This is so intimate.”

“I just love that this is the fifth take and you did great on this,” Krasinski jokes.
