Queen Of Tears Stars Kim Soo Hyun And Kim Ji Won Will Not Give Interviews Before Finale; Here’s Why 

KIM Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won, the lead stars of the popular kdrama Queen of Tears, will reportedly not be engaging in any media interviews. The news was confirmed by both Gold Medalist and Hijium Studio on Wednesday. Despite their roles as lead actors in the tvN drama, the duo have opted out of post-show interviews.

Although the final episode wrapped up filming in February, both actors have commitments, including commercial shoots, extending beyond the series finale. While there were discussions regarding sharing behind-the-scenes anecdotes with fans, logistical challenges hindered the possibility.

Fans, eager for insights into the making of the beloved drama, are left disappointed by the actors’ decision to forgo a finale interview.

Penned by Park Ji-eun and helmed by directors Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won, Queen of Tears delves into the tumultuous journey of love between Hong Hae-in (portrayed by Kim Ji-won) and Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo-hyun). 

The chemistry between Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Wonhas further amplified interest in the drama. Despite mounting anticipation for a post-show interview, the actors have decided against it due to scheduling constraints.

Meanwhile, Queen of Tears is set to conclude the season with its 16th episode on April 28, with the last two episodes extended by 10 minutes each. Ahead of the finale, the production team plans to host a wrap-up party on April 27 to commend the cast and crew for their dedication and celebrate their collective achievements.
