With Love, From Jawan: Shah Rukh’s Thank You Notes For Cast & Crew

MEGASTAR Shah Rukh Khan recently unveiled the first glimpse into the world of his upcoming film, Jawan. The special ‘Prevue’ received a roaring response from the audiences and garnered over 55 million views in just 2 days.

On Tuesday, Shah Rukh took to Twitter to pen thankyou notes for the cast and crew members of Jawan. For director Atlee, SRK wrote, “Sirrrrrr!!! Maaasssssss!! Your are da man!!!! Thank u for everything and making sure the A K Meer gave his inputs along with Priya!! Love u all.”

To thank his co-star Vijay Sethupathi, the megastar called working with him an honor and wrote, “Sir an honor to work with you. Thanks for teaching me a bit of Tamil on the sets & the delicious food u got. Love u Nanba!”

Thanking his dance director, SRK wrote, “Thank u @shobimaster for making me dance like a cool hero. Please give my love to your whole team. I tried my best….”

The actor also replied to Sunil Grover, who is also a part of the film and wrote, “Thank u my ‘Guthi’ too much fun having u on this journey. You are so good in the film! Love u.”

Salman Khan too shared the glimpse of Jawan on his social media with a special message. “Pathan jawan ban gaya, outstanding trailer, absolutely loved it. Now this is the kind of a movie we should see in theatres only. I toh for sure seeing it 1st day ko hi. Mazaa ahh gaya wahhhhh..

In an earlier interview, Vijay Sethupathi spoke about his time working on Jawan with Shah Rukh. The films marks the duo’s first time on screen collaboration.

“I had a good time working onJawan with Atlee and Shah Rukh sir. He is a gentleman, he will never show that I am in the industry for so many years and I am a superstar. “Like how I work with my co-actors, I could discuss scenes with him the same way. And then sometimes I would say, ‘Sorry sir, if I disturb you’, he would say, ‘No Vijay, do it’. I was very comfortable with him and he is very sweet,” the actor told PTI.

Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan in the titular role, with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupati in pivotal roles and Deepika Padukone in a special appearance. The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on September 7, 2023.
