Fans Miss Shah Rukh Khan As DTPH Co-stars Madhuri Dixit, Karisma Kapoor Groove To Balam Pichkari

What would you expect when two top stars Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor collaborate for an Instagram video? An instant hit, right? In a collaborative post shared by Madhuri and Karisma, the stars can be seen grooving to the popular track Balam Pichkari. The video was shared with a caption that read, “Dance Of Envy” which was cancelled and had the word “friendship” written over it. For the unversed, Dance of Envy was an instrumental track from Dil Toh Pagal Hai wherein the characters played by both Madhuri and Karisma perform a dance-off.

Within minutes of upload, the post exploded on social media, and several fans took to Instagram to share their comments and reactions. One comment read, “Wow lovely both of u my favourites”. Another user wrote, “Shah Rukh ki kami hai bas (only Shah Rukh is missing). Beautiful to see them together.” Next comment read, “Fav OGs”.

In addition to fans’ comments, several actors too reacted to the viral post.

While Karisma’s sister Kareena Kapoor Khan posted, “The OG Superstars”, Bhumi Pednekar referred to he stars as “Icons”. Mukti Mohan posted “OG dancing superstars.” Among other stars who reacted to the post included Chitrangada Singh, Sanjay Kapoor & Raashii Khanna. They expressed their love for the stars by dropping heart emojis in the comments section.

On the work front, Madhuri Dixit was last seen in Amazon Prime Video’s Maja Ma. She was also featured in The Fame Game, the popular Netflix series. Karisma, who is known for her acting prowess, was last seen in ALTBalaji’s web-series Mentalhood.
